General Questions

Is TXMCONNECT a booking tool?

No. TXMCONNECT is an operational control layer — not a booking marketplace. We don't compete with booking platforms. Instead, we provide the accountability and transparency layer that sits on top of your existing vendor relationships and booking processes.

How does the captain login work?

Captains receive access via Email + Trip Code. The access is:

  • Time-locked: Only works during trip dates
  • Status-locked: Auto-expires when trip completes
  • Temporary: No persistent account needed
  • Secure: Can only access their assigned trip

This eliminates onboarding friction while maintaining complete security.

Can reviews be manipulated?

No. Reviews cannot be manipulated because:

  • Only clients can approve reviews (not edit)
  • All actions are logged with timestamps
  • Audit trail preserves original submissions
  • Vendors cannot self-grade
  • Agencies cannot modify client-approved ratings

This creates trustworthy, auditable vendor performance data.

What about privacy?

We take privacy seriously:

  • No GPS tracking: We don't store location logs
  • Minimal data retention: Only what's necessary for operations
  • Row-level security: Users only see their own data
  • Encrypted storage: All data encrypted at rest and in transit
  • GDPR compliant: Full compliance with data protection regulations

Personal data is never retained beyond operational necessity.

Can vendors see competitor data?

Never. Row-level security (RLS) ensures hard isolation. Vendors can only see their own properties, issues, and ratings. They have zero visibility into competitor performance, pricing, or operations. This protects competitive information while maintaining accountability.

How hard is onboarding?

Minimal. The onboarding process is:

  • Agencies: Enter vendors and clients once (30 minutes)
  • Vendors: Accept invitation, set up profile (15 minutes)
  • Clients: Receive access automatically, no setup needed
  • Captains: Zero onboarding — just login with trip code

Everything else is automated. Enterprise clients get dedicated onboarding support.

How does issue escalation work?

Issue escalation follows this workflow:

  1. Captain reports issue with one tap
  2. System auto-routes to responsible vendor
  3. Agency and client receive instant notifications
  4. Vendor responds with resolution plan
  5. Captain verifies resolution on-ground
  6. Issue closes with complete timestamp log

All actions are tracked, measured, and included in final reports.

What types of vendors can be managed?

TXMCONNECT supports all vendor types in corporate group travel:

  • Hotels: Room quality, service, amenities
  • Transport: Buses, cabs, vehicles
  • Meal Stops: Restaurants, catering services
  • Activity Providers: Tours, experiences, events
  • Other Services: Guides, coordinators, support staff

Each vendor type has customized rating criteria and issue categories.

Can I customize rating criteria?

Yes. Enterprise plans include custom rating criteria, custom issue categories, and custom workflows. Standard plans use our proven rating framework developed from industry best practices.

Does TXMCONNECT work offline?

The captain console has limited offline capability. Captains can create issues and submit ratings offline, which sync automatically when connectivity is restored. Real-time notifications require internet connection.

What reports are available?

TXMCONNECT generates comprehensive reports:

  • Trip Reports: Complete trip summary with ratings and issues
  • Vendor Performance: Benchmarking across all trips
  • Issue Analytics: Response times, resolution rates

Pricing & Plans

What's included in the free trial?

The 14-day free trial includes full access to all features in your chosen plan. No credit card required. No feature limitations. You can create trips, invite vendors, test the captain console, and generate reports. After the trial, you can upgrade to a paid plan or cancel with no obligations.

What happens if I exceed my trip limit?

We'll notify you when you're approaching 80% of your trip limit. You can either upgrade to the next tier or pay a small overage fee (₹1,500 per additional trip for Starter, ₹1,200 for Growth). Enterprise plans have flexible limits.

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees. What you see is what you pay:

  • No setup fees (except custom Enterprise integrations)
  • No per-user fees (unlimited agency users)
  • No transaction fees
  • No data storage fees
  • No support fees (included in all plans)

The only additional cost is if you exceed your trip limit.

Can I get a refund?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, we'll refund your payment in full, no questions asked. After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable but you can cancel anytime.
